Burning the fire! How to lose body fat!

Everyone always wants to know “how do I get lean defined arms and lose bodyfat?” First of all you need muscle. Most of our client have muscle so that’s not the problem. The problem is the layer of fat on top of the muscle.

This is a great time to think of wearing short sleeves and showing your nice arms, you have at least 4 months to get ready.

So I’m going to tell you how to lose bodyfat! How to light the fire to heat up your body and make it more efficient at burning calories. I am aware that there are other methods out there of losing fat that many people would consider to be easier and more effective than dieting. One of these methods is cryolipolysis, a non-invasive method for the treatment of local fat deposits by freezing. As I’ve said before to lose body fat you have to eat more food. (Well I guess that depends on how much your eating now.) If your cutting back to lose weight you are probably not eating enough to loss fat weight. You also need to eat 5-6 times a day.
The foods that you eat need to be hard to digest. A bowl of ice cream and a piece of pie are easy to digest while both chicken breast and asparagus are difficult. Foods that are easy to digest make for easy conversion into fat.Foods that are difficult create body heat and make the body lose more fat.

So here you go, Start burning fat now!

* Start off eating breakfast to use digestion to fire up the heat.
* Use only “approved food,” lean protein, fiber and starch carbs and approved fats.
* Once the metabolism is successfully fired up, you can eat larger meals.
* Every few hours eat another meal. As long as meals are eaten regularly the metabolic rate remains elevated.

Eating certain foods at appropriate times ensures complete food usage. A fired up metabolism creates a lot of body heat which burns bodyfat!
