The diet has been going well, I have had a few slip-ups when I visited
my girlfriends’ family for a weekend. The biggest problem I have run
into is brown rice. I have eaten so much I cannot stand it anyone.
White rice or wild rice is fine but brown YUCK. On the upside I have
found a new love for sweet potatoes. I am getting nervous for cutting
back on food so I can start to lean out more. I almost forgot! Cream
of rice with protein, in my opinion I’d rather eat dirt.
Over the past week I feel like my stomach has been doing a hide and
go seek routine with me. One day I have the illusions of abs and the
next day they are gone. I am getting worried about being thin enough.
There is noticeable difference in every muscle and I am enjoying the
results. From what I can see my legs and arms are showing the most
noticeable change. I’m very excited to try and workout more. My new
goal is every muscle group twice a week.
