Summer is coming I can feel it in the air. Can’t wait to get outside and exercise. Here are this weeks “For Your Health” finds, two of them you can do outside. Chi Gong and Tai Chi (Qi Gong) Energy Healing Exercises

Qi Gong is great for reducing stress, enhancing the immune system and preventing illness. Qigong practices can be classified as martial, medical, or spiritual. They involve posture, breathing techniques, and mental focus. Some practices increase the Qi; others circulate it, use it to cleanse and heal the body, store it, or emit Qi to help heal others. Practices vary from the soft internal styles or external, vigorous styles, The slow gentle movements of most Qigong forms can be easily adapted, even for the physically challenged and can be practiced by all age groups.You can do it anywhere, inside, outside, on the beach, in your hotel room, on your deck be creative and have fun.

There are a few “diet” food choices in the frozen food aisle that seem to meet the bill labeled as “Healthy”, “Lean”, and “Smart” – but the Food Babe is here to tell ya they aren’t. I remember years ago when I went to the store and stocked up on these frozen dinners. I thought I was eating healthy and was proud. OMG , the more I learn about nutrition the more things I take out of my diet. Read the Food Babe’s blog to lean more.
