Watching Your Weight? Don’t Eat This For Lunch
There are a few “diet” food choices in the frozen food aisle that seem to meet the bill labeled as “Healthy”, “Lean”, and “Smart” – but the Food Babe is here to tell ya they aren’t. I remember years ago when I went to the store and stocked up on these frozen dinners. I thought I was eating healthy and was proud.
