
The number one thing you can do for your health right now is, stop eating sugar. Following are some tips that will help your sugar cravings. I know, but it taste so good! Sugar is bad in so many ways. It has been linked to cancer, brain fog, weight gain, type 2 diabetes, hormonal problems, just to name a few and it is addictive. If you have weight around your belly it could be from eating to much sugar.

Here are 6 things you can do to help you to stop eating sugar
1) Exercise
Get up and go! Weight train or do HIT high intensity training. Watch over doing the cardio because it can make you more hungry.
2) Eat more protein
Eat protein with each meal or snack. Make sure you get your meat from good sources and eat only grass feed beef (if you’re eating out it will be harder, so eat out no more than 1 to 2 times a week).
3) Eat more fat
Don’t be afraid to eat fat. Fat doesn’t make you fat sugar does. Unless of course you are eating to many calories from. Eat eggs, nuts, and avocados. Use olive oil and coconut oil for cooking and salad dressings. Eat fatty proteins like salmon and chicken thighs. DO NOT EAT FAT FREE FOODS!
4} Eat more fiber
Eat some fiber with every meal. Here are some healthy ones to add to your daily intake brown rice, oatmeal, raspberries, blackberries, black beans artichoke hearts, chi seeds, avocados, broccoli, and lentils.
5) Drink more water
Drink water all day. I find that when I have a craving for some cold like ice cream if I drink a big glass of water it will go away. This is no joke try it! Even if you are not fond of drinking water, it is crucial to take in some form of liquid. 6) Eat a small piece of chocolate
This works! Eat a small piece of chocolate. The chocolate needs to be at least 70% cocoa and dark. I like Endangered species chocolate. My favorite is sea salt & almonds and my husband likes the coffee bean. Put a piece in your mouth and let it melt, so good!
I am not saying never eat sugar, but save it for special occasions like a holiday or birthday. Try not to eat it during the weekdays.
