This is so timely for me. We only use olive oil on our salads as dressings because we want to stay away from store bought. We just visited a store that offers olive oil tastings (!!), some infused and others not. We purchased some. Now I can add your recipes to my arsenal of how to dress my salad! Thanks, Sherry.
Sounds good Cathy! Don’t orget to add healthy herbs. Enjoy!
This is very timely for me too. I love salads this time of year. I make a simple dressing of olive oil, vinegar, tarragon and salt and pepper. It was my father’s recipe.
I’m looking forward to trying these and I love the charts too.
Thanks Doreen, I will have to try your father’s recipe.
