Summer will be here soon! Is your body ready? When working the big muscles (glutes hips and legs) you will burn more calories and fat but try not to rest too long in between sets. Check out this fat burning exercise video below exercises for your glutes, hips, and legs.

Work up to 3 sets of 10 to 20 reps.

Keep your head up and shoulders back on this one leg squat.

 This is a one-legged deadlift, for the back of your upper legs and glutes. Use a chair if you need to hang on to something for balance and don’t go so low.

    Thanks for the tips! My concern with my legs mostly focuses on the calves. I have muscular calves that I would want to tone down. I get so insecure wearing skirts or shorts in public. I feel like people look at my calves and laugh at how muscular they look.

      Hi Kaye, I know what you mean because I know a couple of people that have calves like that. One being a client. I wouldn’t worry because when I look at their calves I think WOW I wish my calf looked like that. We all have parts that we don’t like, try to show off your best parts.
