Keep your head up and shoulders back on this one leg squat.
This is a one-legged deadlift, for the back of your upper legs and glutes. Use a chair if you need to hang on to something for balance and don’t go so low.

Thanks for the tips! My concern with my legs mostly focuses on the calves. I have muscular calves that I would want to tone down. I get so insecure wearing skirts or shorts in public. I feel like people look at my calves and laugh at how muscular they look.
Hi Kaye, I know what you mean because I know a couple of people that have calves like that. One being a client. I wouldn’t worry because when I look at their calves I think WOW I wish my calf looked like that. We all have parts that we don’t like, try to show off your best parts.
