One of our trainers (Carla) made Healthy No-Bake gluten-free Cookies and brought them into the gym (job security, if you know what I mean) Good thinking Carla! Everyone was digging in. We told them, eat up they are gluten free:).
All kidding aside, everything in moderation, right? These cookies are better than most as far as nutrition goes. But just because they are gluten-free does not mean you can eat the whole batch in a couple of days. Keep half out and freeze the other half. You can also leave the cocoa out if you don’t want chocolate. Also, I thought of trying banana instead of nut butter next time I make them. I think it would work.
These no-bake gluten-free cookies are the best and easy to make.I hope you enjoy them!
