I love making lettuce wraps! Easy and healthy! Be creative with these wraps, if there’s something in them you don’t like replace it with something you do like. We are making the fish taco lettuce wraps with mango salsa tonight and will replace the cilantro with thyme. You can also leave something out if you want to make it leaner. I hardly ever follow the directions completely. My Husband will tell you that’s why it doesn’t always taste so great. (whatever!)
