Join our beginners Qigong class.
Beginners will find that it is not complicated to produce great benefits from Qi Gong training. Simple breathing, posture, moving, and meditation exercises can be used quite effectively to boost Qi (energy) flow. This is not to say no effort or skill is required to cultivate the energy through basic Qi Gong exercises but I will teach you. Qi Gong cultivation is a learned skill. As long as you have a basic idea of where and how to start your Qi Gong training, you can make great progress right from the beginning. Qigong can be done seated or standing.
