Egg Spinach and Bacon breakfast
This is a fast and easy breakfast.
2 cage free eggs
2 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 teaspoon Chi seeds
1/2 teaspoon Coconut oil
Turkey or regular no nitrate bacon
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. Heat skillet and coconut oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until you like it. You can cook the bacon in the same pan at the same time as the eggs. Add the tomatoes and enjoy a great 5 minute breakfast.
