]]> I have been struggling lately with Balance in my life. I would work 24/7 if I could. There is not enough time in a day! Do you feel like this? Do you feel like you can't get enough done? Do you have balance in your life?

For the next couple of months I am going to work on balancing out my life and becoming more organized. I hope you will join me. Every Friday I will send out a blog post to help us get there. It will  be something that we can work on throughout the week.

I studied with Paul Chek off and on for about 8 years. After running into these videos I realized I haven't been following the principles that he taught me. In these video Paul talks about living your dream, yin and yang balance, stress and disease, and so much more. So watch these videos and let me know what you think.
