My vision is to educate, motivate, and enrich my client's level of physical wellness. Education is very important to me and I love to learn! For the last 20 years, I have taught everything from aerobics, yoga, weight training, spinning, and lots more. My areas of specialization are in nutrition, post-rehab, corrective exercise, posture, and working with individuals with Parkinson's Disease. In 2014 I found myself overweight, overwhelmed, and unhappy with how I looked and felt. I made a New Years' resolution that year. The goal was to lose weight, mostly to fit back into my size 12 jeans. That goal and the journey I found myself on taught me things and took me farther than I ever imagined. I lost 70 lbs before I ever stepped into a gym from changing my eating habits. I learned how incredibly important nutrition is. I got back into those size twelves by November that year and started working with a trainer and lifting weights. By May of 2015, I had hardly lost any more weight but I was into a size 6. I learned how effective weightlifting can be in changing the shape of your body and that the scale really does not always matter. Through this process, I not only looked and felt better but I gained confidence in every area of my life. I also gained a passion for giving others the tools and guidance they need to create their own journey and become the best version of themselves. Everyone deserves to wake up everyday feeling in control and shining bright with confidence!

I am an ISSA certified personal trainer with years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, working on balance, or focusing on functional training or a little of everything we can build a program specifically for you!

I have a wonderful fiancé, 3 amazing kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. We have lived in Dublin for the past 8 years. I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Fashion at Ohio State, GO BUCKS, and my Sports Nutrition certification through ISSA. I have been a competitive bodybuilder for the past 2 years, I love all things fashion, fitness, and food!


Jack Oehler

Jack is a national-level bodybuilder with 20 years of workout experience. He has worked with all ages and levels of fitness. His easy smile and laugh will put you at ease while he's kicking your behind into shape. Jack graduated from Ohio State with a Degree in Education and Exercise Psychology.

I’m a lover of all things fitness, health, and nutrition. My clients are from all fitness levels including beginners, busy professionals, housewives, and young athletes. I understand that people are busy with life and lack not only time but often motivation. I design my workouts around each client to maximize the best possible outcome towards that client’s goals. I believe that fitness should be a fun and positive experience for everyone.
I focus my training on Fat loss, body toning, and Functional strength training.

Cathy’s goal in her classes is to enthusiastically share the transformative benefits of yoga that she has experienced from body-mind-soul connection. Fitness, strength, and weight loss were the first qualities that attracted Cathy to yoga, but her passion came from discovering so much more. She is focused on whole-body wellness, connecting breath and movement, and the liberating effects of quieting the mind. She believes that yoga is for everyone regardless of ability. Life is hard, and sometimes so is yoga, but when we all breathe, laugh, work, sweat, and have fun together it all gets easier. She encourages participants to reach for their potential while honoring their boundaries. Her biggest joy is sharing this incredible journey of transformation.
