I am on my 4th week and have lost 6 pounds! I am not going to show you my before photo until after.
I started 4 weeks ago eating for my metabolic type, again. I fell off the wagon for a while and it was scary. So here I go!
Taking the sugar out of my diet was not as hard this time. I was so…… ready.
What helped me the most was being prepared. I cook my food on Sunday for the week. If I had to decide daily what to eat it would not be as good of a choice. So prepare and plan!
This is my promise to Walk my Talk , practice what I preach. So when I start taking time off remember that. I need to work, play, and rest hard. (I don’t know if I know what rest means.)
As soon as I get in OK shape I will start taking self portraits.
