I’M SO EXCITED! Finally The Metabolic Typing Diet cookbook is out. They are amazing! If you have taking the metabolic typing diet in the past you must have a cookbook! Some of the resources you will find in the cookbook for your type include:

- The best thing, food menus for what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks
