All these exercises you can do anywhere and you don’t need any equipment!
Sometimes you just want to get in another workout but don’t want to leave the house. This would be me when it’s cold outside. Bodyweight exercises can improve balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Have fun and use good form!
Pick about 6 to 8 exercises and perform them three times each resting for about 1-2 minutes after each round.
