Don’t have a lot of time but want a workout that works? This is a “Total Body Workout” you can do anywhere! You can even print it out. I will be posting a new workout each week so let me know what you would like. Some of the ones I have been busy working on our amazing abs, Bosu challenge, better arms, shoulders, and legs.
The instructions are on each workout sheet you can also pin them to your Pinterest wall. The videos that go with them will not always be a full workout but are here to show you quickly how to do each exercise with modifications. If you would rather have a full 20-minute workout to follow let me know.
If you don’t jump, like me, you can do low impact moves. Be careful and have fun!

The “Eat Cleaner Get Leaner” is a 12-week nutrition program. Our group of eight has lost a total of 28 pounds in the first week and a half. Yah!
Next week’s workout will be with a Bosu. They are not that expensive and you can do so much with them. You can find one here, health and wellness products.
