Week 3 of Eat Cleaner Get Leaner – How are you doing?
By now you should be down about 4 pounds. How do you like the recipes and menu?
Week 4 of Eat Cleaner Get Leaner is going to be what I eat. It will be an easy meal plan with basic foods. I am doing this for those of you that are very busy or those of you that do not like to spend time cooking.
Here are some reminder tips for eating clean and exercise:
1) Portion is everything. Put your food on a small plate.
2) At the beginning of every week take 30 minutes and map out your plan. What are you eating every day, are you following the menu or adding your own food for a day or two.
3) Map out your exercise plan for the week. What days are you working out and what will you be doing, cardio, yoga, weight training?
4) If you are going to have a cheat meal what day is it going to be.
5) Sneak in activity whenever you can. Walk stairs(I use the steps in my house if I haven’t had much activity that day), park far out, Shovel the snow (it’s coming) be creative. Let us know how you sneak extra activity in your day.

Remember, you can use recipes from other menus if you don’t like or don’t want to cook something on this weeks menu.
