Gluten-Free Banana Bread that’s amazing!

Everyone loves gluten-free Banana Bread, right?

I made this yesterday and took it in the studio for clients. They could not stop eating it and none of them had any idea it was gluten-free until I told them. It is fast and easy to make. I hope you love it.

Gluten-free Banana Bread

Makes 2 8×4 loaves

Dry stuff (Mix in a large bowel)

3 cups all-purpose flour (I used Jules GF flour)

11/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chi seeds

Other stuff (mix in small bowl)

3 cups about 5-6 ripe bananas

3/4 cup raw cane sugar

3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/3 cup coconut oil melted

1/12 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup nuts (I used my soaked nut)

Mix both bowels together, put the nuts in last. Spray 2 8×4 inch pans with coconut oil. Poor in the banana bread and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and eat. Yummy!
