You are what you think about! Have you ever heard this? Here are some things for you to think about that could help you get fitter and healthier. Start off by adding or changing a couple of things a week.

Start your day off with lemon water.

Drink a green juice or smoothie every day.

Work your abs at your desk. Sit towards the end of your chair, bring both knees up to your chest (to make it harder keep your legs straight).

Sweat every day, hot flashes don’t count.

Use water filters they keep all the crap out of the water.

Eat something healthy before going to a party or event.

Don’t drink your calories. Stay away from alcohol and soda and don’t put sugar in your coffee.

Weight train it’s the best way to change the shape of your body and I don’t know about you but I never want to be known as being weak.

Stand in the power pose a couple of times a week Power Pose.

Do intervals when training Interval training

Drink organic coffee. Coffee is one of the highest sprayed crops.

Laugh and have fun every day.

Smell orange essential oil to improve your mood

Make your own cleaning and body products

Stop taking antibiotics every time you get sick.

Stay hydrated, drink up! Water that is.

Use regular soap not antibacterial soap it can mass with the effectiveness of antibiotics.

Chill out. Take some down time even if it is for a few hours.

Think posture every minute of the day.

Prepare your foods ahead of time

Know what you are going to eat for each meal.

Keep your gym bag packed and in your car!
