Are you up for a challenge? Lets get the party started and make 2016 your best year ever!
So this is what you need to do, get out a pen or lots of colored pencils, a sheet of paper or better yet use your day planner. Set aside 15 minutes of time where you have no distractions.
At the top of the page write, “30 things I am going to do in 2016 to make it my best year ever”
You can put what you want, 30 things …………. Start writing and don’t stop for 15 minutes. Use different colors for different categories if you want. You might have more than 30 things, that’s OK. The goal is to go back at the end of the year to see what you can cross off your list. If you didn’t get to everything ask yourself, why not? Should it be added to your 2017 list?
Keep a copy of your 30 things where you can see it everyday. Check off things as you go. Have fun with it!

Here is my list in color

Looking at this list, I think I need a plan. I am going to add things to my day planner each week. I know that my daily workouts are on it now. I will need to prioritize and list some of the other things in my planner so they get done.
