A Food App That Will Change Your Life

Ipiit food app

Make 2016 your healthiest ever! Think about what it will look and feel like…. to be healthier than you have ever been before. My friend Elaine from OMG Lifestyles told me about this food app that will help you get “healthier”.

I don’t eat a lot of packaged foods, but I do eat some and I am picky about what I buy. This food app will allow you to scan packaged products to see what is in them. You can find out if there’s artificial sweeteners, GMOs, gluten, and lots more in your food.

First of all, you will pick your preferences. Some of the choices are:

Almond free

Artificial sweetener free

Aspartame free

Azodicarbonamide/ADA-free

Cellulose-free

HFCS free

Lactose free

Gluten free

GMO free

and more. You get the idea, right?

I scanned Restaurant style Tortilla chips, the app said they were OK for me. That means it does not have any of my preferences in them. It will also tell me why they’re OK for me (see below). I can also choose to look at the ingredients (the ingredients below are not for the chips) in the chips and it gives me alternative products. I love this app!

I also scanned some multi-grain crackers. The app showed they were not good for me and showed me why. Take a look below. Look at the list under wheat, that’s a lot of wheat in these crackers, no wonder there are so many problems with gluten.

The app is called ipiit and you can find it here, www.ipiit.com.

What do you think about this food app? Will you be using it to become healthier in 2016?

Going shopping today can’t wait to scan!
