Holiday Weight Loss challenge!


This Thursday starts WEEK ONE of the Holiday Weight Loss Challenge!

Make a commitment now to look and feel your best by December 15th just in time for the Holiday parties and family get togethers.

We are committed to helping you get there and we will give you all the tools in our box. Here are some of the ways we will help you reach your goals.

* 1) You can download the Eat Cleaner Get Leaner food list from this Blog page and start using it.

* 2) Every Thursday there will be a new eating and exercising plan on the blog for the following week. Follow this blog so you don’t miss out!

* 3) I am going to give you a weekly meal plan with recipes and some videos.

* 4) Follow Eat Cleaner Get Leaner Challenge on Pinterest to find exercises to do anywhere starting with week one and going to week ten.

* 5) Follow us on Facebook for motivation and commit. Find out what others are doing. Let us know how you are doing and how we can help. You can also commit by putting your before photos on our Facebook page

Remember it doesn’t mean that you can’t cheat or have a drink at a party, what it does mean is you have to commit to 80 to 90 percent of the time, no cheating. P.S. I am going to COMMIT! I will be doing this with you! My goal is to lose about 10 pounds and get rid of the fat around my waist. Look for my before photos on Facebook coming soon. This is going to be a hard thing to do but if I don’t show you, how will you know if I was committed?
